Jewelry
- Do you have an in-house jeweler? Yes, Charles Hartzog is our in-house jeweler. He has 35 years experience and is typically here Monday - Friday 9:30-12:00, 1:00-5:30 and most Saturdays.
- Can you size my ring? Yes, please bring it in so we can assess the work, material of the ring, and talk with you about what you want. Charles can give you a quote before he starts the work.
- Do you buy gold? Yes. We purchase gold jewelry and other gold items. Because every piece varies in karat, weight, and condition, our jeweler must inspect each item in person before making an offer.
- Do you do appraisals? Yes! Our in-house jeweler provides written appraisals for jewelry. These appraisals can be used for insurance purposes to help protect your valuable pieces. We do not offer verbal appraisals.
iPhone Repair
- Do you replace iPhone backs? No, we only replace the front screens of Apple iPhones.
Wrapping
- Can you wrap a present for me if I bring it in? Unfortunately, we do not offer wrapping on products not purchased within the store. We also do not provide complimentary wrapping on clearance or sale items.
Embroidery
- Do you offer embroidery? Yes, on in-store purchases that are able to be embroidered, we do! There is an additional charge. If the item is not purchased in-store, we will have to assess our ability to complete the service.
Batteries
- Can you change the battery in my key fob? Yes! We offer key fob battery changes starting at $25 and up.
