At Hartzog’s, we want you to love every purchase! If you need to make a return, please review our guidelines below.

Online Purchases

For online purchases, Hartzog’s must be notified of your return request within 7 days of delivery. Once your return has been approved, the item must be shipped back and received within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund / exchange / store credit, provided the item meets our return requirements.

Return Requirements

All returned items must be:

• Unworn, unused, and in original condition

• In original packaging with tags attached (when applicable)

• Accompanied by a receipt or order confirmation

Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
