Return Policy
At Hartzog’s, we want you to love every purchase! If you need to make a return, please review our guidelines below.
In-Store Purchases
Items purchased in-store may be returned within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt. In-store purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Refunds are not available for in-store purchases.
Online Purchases
For online purchases, Hartzog’s must be notified of your return request within 7 days of delivery. Once your return has been approved, the item must be shipped back and received within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund to the original form of payment, provided the item meets our return requirements.
Return Requirements
All returned items must be:

Unworn, unused, and in original condition

In original packaging with tags attached (when applicable)

Accompanied by a receipt or order confirmation
Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
